'Patience' is a piece that not only encapsulates for me, a feeling of stillness and serenity, but it also explains a journey of development for myself as an artist, exploring my style and how the way I like to draw and work my drawings would translate into portraiture. Patience is a word that best represents how I felt doing this piece, as I slowly let the picture develop in tone and depth of my style, making this piece very special to me.
